- Binding Agreement
By accessing services provided by S8FE.AI Inc. (“Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (natural persons aged 18 years or older, or minors with written authorization from a parent/guardian) and S8FE.AI, its affiliates, and subsidiaries. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
- Eligibility
To access the Services, you must be at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
- Modifications
S8FE.AI reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any modifications will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after such amendments signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Service Definition
S8FE.AI provides software products, solutions, and platforms designed to enhance compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity and data sovereignty. These Services may include, but are not limited to, software, APIs, data protection tools, analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence models, and related technological services. S8FE.AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at its discretion.
- Account Registration & Security
- Account Responsibility
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
- Organizational Representation
If acting on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant:
- Valid authorization to bind the organization;
- Compliance with all applicable organizational policies;
- Full legal liability for actions taken on behalf of the organization.
- Unauthorized Use
You must notify S8FE.AI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breaches. S8FE.AI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your credentials.
- Communication Protocols
We will communicate exclusively through email. Security breach notifications must be submitted in writing
- Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the Services are the exclusive property of S8FE.AI and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and patent laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited
- User License
Subject to compliance with these Terms, S8FE.AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You are expressly prohibited from:
- Copying, modifying, or distributing the Services;
- Reverse-engineering or decompiling any part of the software;
- Using the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
- User Submissions
Any feedback, suggestions, or creative ideas submitted to S8FE.AI become the exclusive property of S8FE.AI without compensation, and we assume no confidentiality obligations concerning such submissions.
- Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Accessing restricted areas of the Services without authorization;
- Disrupting or interfering with the Services, including hacking, malware distribution, or denial-of-service attacks;
- Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities;
- Circumventing technical restrictions or security measures;
- Scraping, data mining, or automated data extraction from the Services;
- Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any entity.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access to the Services and potential legal action.
- Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. S8FE.AI does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S8FE.AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. In no event shall S8FE.AI’s total liability exceed USD 100.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless S8FE.AI, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) Your misuse of the Services; (b) Your violation of these Terms; (c) Any third-party claims related to your content or actions.
- Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
- Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally between the parties. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules then in effect, except that no punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages shall be awarded unless required by applicable law. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wilmington, Delaware. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding upon the parties and may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney’s fees, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in this arbitration tribunal and waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or obtain a jury trial against S8FE.AI.
- Termination & Suspension
S8FE.AI reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms, illegal activities, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ceases immediately.
- General Provisions

These Terms supersede all prior agreements and constitute the complete understanding between the parties.
- Severability
Invalid provisions shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with the parties’ original intent, and the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
- No Waiver
Failure by S8FE.AI to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such rights.
